The whole hotel was clean. The staff was very helpful and attentive. The food was good with plenty of options. The property was in a central location in the mountains of VA. Conveniently located near restaurants, new stores, motels, and a convenient store.

The overall atmosphere was special, however some staff members were not that friendly. The location was decent and favourable, just off new stores, restaurants, and convenient store. Also, the hotel was a few steps away from Broadway Cinemas.

I recently stayed at Super 8 in Richlands/Claypool Hill for a few nights while visiting family. The hotel was conveniently located to everything I needed and had a peaceful, quiet atmosphere. The room I stayed in had beautiful pictures on the wall, and the king size bed was incredibly comfortable. I also loved the added bonus of having a hot tub in the room. The breakfast provided a decent selection, and the staff was friendly and helpful during my stay. a great hotel with a great price for the comfort and cleanliness it offered.
